What We Do
We offer kettlebell-focused fitness training, both in-person and online, to help you improve your strength, fitness, and mobility.

Who Can Use Our Services
You need to be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you’re under 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian.

Creating an Account
You may need to create an account to access some of our services. You must provide accurate info and keep your account details safe. You’re responsible for everything that happens on your account.

Payment
Some of our services come with fees. You agree to pay these fees using accepted payment methods like credit cards or bank transfers. Keep your payment details up to date.

Cancelling and Refunds
If you want to cancel, you must give us at least 2 weeks' notice. If you don’t, we might charge you for the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled according to the specific service you’ve signed up for.

Health and Safety
Exercise, especially kettlebell training, comes with risks. Make sure you’re physically capable by consulting a healthcare professional before starting. Follow the instructions to avoid injury.

Liability Waiver
By using our services, you agree not to hold us responsible for any injuries or health issues, unless we’re negligent.

Be Respectful
Treat others with respect. If you cause disruptions or act dangerously, we may suspend or end your access to our services.

Our Content
All of the content we provide (videos, images, text, etc.) is protected by copyright. You cannot use it without our permission.

What You Can’t Do
Don’t do anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive, like harassing others or attempting to hack our systems. Violating this could lead to losing access to our services.

We’re not liable for any damages (like injury or property damage) that happen from using our services, except for the amount you paid us for those services.

Holiday Pause
If you’ve been with us for 6 months, you’re entitled to pause your membership for up to 4 weeks for a holiday. Any requests for a holiday pause before completing 6 months of membership will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We may update these terms at any time. If we do, the new terms will be posted, and you’ll be bound by them when you continue using our services.

Ending Your Access
If you break these terms or cause harm to our services, we may suspend or cancel your access. You can also cancel your account anytime by contacting us.
