We progress loads, density, and conditioning in a controlled way while maintaining excellent form.
Week 4: Transition plan
You leave with a clear next step—group classes, personal training, or strength & conditioning coaching—based on your goals.

Do I need prior kettlebell experience?
No. Foundations is designed for beginners and for experienced trainees who want to refine technique and movement quality.
How many days per week should I train?
Most busy professionals do best with 2–4 sessions per week. We will recommend a frequency that matches your recovery and schedule.
Is this suitable if I have an injury history?
In many cases, yes. We will modify movements and progressions as needed. If you are under clinical care, please share relevant guidance so we can coordinate appropriately.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable training clothes, preferbly flat shoes, a water bottle and willingness to learn.
